*IMPORTANT UPDATE*

Elderville Water Supply lobby and drive through will be temporarily closed until further notice starting March 25, 2020.

Gregg County Judge, Bill Stoudt, announced that Gregg county will be placed under a mandatory shelter in place order effective at midnight through April, 9th. In compliance with this order, Elderville Water Supply will be closing our drive through and lobby effective Wednesday, March 25, 2020. We are taking these measures to ensure the safety of our valued members and our employees.

During this time our service department and maintenance staff will still be working daily to ensure smooth and safe operation of the water system.

Along with these new changes, we highly recommend using one of the below options to make payments. Our drop box will remain available and will be monitored daily to ensure all payments are posted. However, it is best to avoid getting out by using one of the alternative methods below.

We offer several tools and services to help you safely manage your bill payments and keep track of your account when in-person options aren’t available via our website at eldervillewsc.com.

• Mail Check Payments to PO Box 7344 Longview, TX 75607
• Account Summaries
• Member Request forms for any account changes
• ACH Payment form / Automatic Credit or Debit Card Recurring Payments
• New Service Forms
