We hope this message finds you well. We would like to take a moment to address a recent issue that some of you may have encountered regarding the timely delivery of bills from the postal service.

Lately, we have received reports that the postal service has experienced delays in delivering bills to some of our members. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive bills later than expected, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

However, we want to clarify that Elderville Water Supply is not liable for bills arriving later than usual due to postal delays. Rest assured, we always generate bills well in advance and ensure they are dispatched promptly to the postal service for delivery.

As a friendly reminder, the due date for all bills remains consistent and unchanged. The payment due date is always on the 10th of each month. Regardless of any potential postal delays, we kindly request that you make timely payments to avoid any late fees or service interruptions.

If you experience delays in receiving your bill or are concerned about your account balance, we are here to assist you. You can easily inquire about your current bill balance by calling our office at 903-643-2692. For your convenience, we also offer an online platform where you can access your account details at any time. Simply visit our website and log in to your account using your credentials. Once logged in, you can review your account balance, view billing history, and make payments securely from the comfort of your own home.
