Important Reminder Regarding Delinquent Accounts

Elderville Water Supply would like to remind all members that our disconnection policy for nonpayment is established by the Corporation's Tariff and is intended to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all customers.
Beginning next cut off day, on July 6th, 2026, delinquent accounts that remain unpaid on the scheduled shut-off date will be subject to service disconnection as outlined in the Tariff. Customers are encouraged to review their account status and make payment arrangements prior to the shut-off date if needed.
To avoid interruption of service, please ensure that all past-due balances are paid before the scheduled disconnection date listed on your bill or notice.
